  I went to gem pawn brokers to see if I can retrieve my jewelry in august. I am a regular customer of Gem pawn I buy merchandise from this business, I am also a United States Disabled veteran, I have been very sick receiving cancer treatment at Sloan -Kettering I went into Gem pawn to pay down on a item that I had on hold for some time due to the fact that I was sick I explained my situation to Craig the manager and he was not very understanding with me he kept stating to me that my item is going to be sold and is going to auction, I tried to explain to Craig the manager that the item has meaning it was given to me by my mother and that I really can not loose it. Craig kept saying there was nothing he could do, I came in with the money but I was few dollars short. I never put a value on greed, see my mother died from cancer and that bracelet is part of her memory I should have never pawned it to helped with bills. Thank you for not being so understanding Craig
