  The employees are always super helpful and nice, but I was just a little disappointed recently. I went in early the day of pre-orders for the iPhone X and I understand it is in high demand, but the guy told me he had to send for it and that he would email me when everything went through. He even told me to keep my find my iPhone off so that he could put everything through for me. I never received any email though about anything and called them today and now they told me I won’t receive the phone for another 5 weeks. If they had put the order in though that first day of pre-orders I should of had a bigger chance of getting it on the day it comes out. He also said everyone is getting it late, but what about all the other people that got there the first day? If it really is the case that everyone is stuck waiting the extra time then I understand that nothing can be done, but I don’t get why my order wasn’t put through earlier.
